Peach-Honey Float

2 cups crushed fresh Peaches
1/2 cup Honey
1 quart milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 quart vanilla or cherry ice cream

Combine fresh peaches and honey in a blender. Add half the milk. Blend. Add the rest of the milk and almond extract and half the ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, top with the rest of the ice cream.
Yield: 6 servings
